Why bilingualism from an early age?
Practicing two languages stimulates brain plasticity. Bilingual children often develop a better ability to concentrate, greater ease in problem-solving, and excellent working memory.
By learning that "pomme" can also be said "apple" or "elma," a child quickly understands that there are different ways to see and describe the world. This is the first step toward becoming a global citizen.

Introducing a child to the sounds of another language from an early age greatly facilitates the learning of additional languages later on.
It's a precious gift.

Our story


My name is Ada.
Before I was a doctor or a mom, I was a polyglot in spite of myself.
I was born in Belgium to a Turkish father and a Lithuanian mother, and I grew up a bit in France, a bit in Denmark, and then a bit in Turkey.
Today, with my French husband, our home is a true crossroads of languages.
When our child was born, we asked ourselves the question: How can we pass all of this on without it becoming a burden?
Word Bridge was born from this idea.

This desire to help all families, whether bilingual or not, to make language learning a fun and shared family experience.
